Foreword.

This extended notice has been prepared for the website www.spalautomotive.it (hereafter only "Site") on the basis of Provision no. 229 of 8.5.2014 signed by the Italian Data Protection Authority (entitled "Simplified Arrangements to Provide Information and Obtain Consent Regarding Cookies “), then clarified with the Provision dated 4.9.2014 signed by the same Authority (entitled "Internet: Privacy Garante, no ai cookie per profilazione senza consenso”).

This notice is therefore aimed at providing the web site visitor  with detailed information about the type and the purpose of use of the cookies on this Site.

The types of Cookies used on this website are the following:

Technical Cookies : are used only for the purpose of” Transmit a communication on an electronic communication network , or to the extent strictly necessary for information company’s service provider explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service “(see art. 122 section 1 of the updated D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).

Specifically, the following micro categories of technical cookies have been installed on the Site
